I have voted "no". Because we need best talented studets/professionals for IT development. But from 90s, in the name of IT education, we opened thousands of cheap/commercial IT institutes (like coaching centres) to educate medium quality/lower quality students. They did not become programmers or IT professionals because they dont deserve it. In the name of IT revolution we sold lot of computers which only used as gaming machine/internet surfing in brief entertaining machine, not as a machine for education. As a result only frustration and frustration, students lost their ambition to become IT professionals. On the other hand thousands of professionals/students/graduates of engineering-science-medicine-technical background are jobless or doing in approprite jobs. We could utilise them irespective of age to turn them IT professionals. Now, time for to do that. Otherwise Bangladesh will never become a IT hub. Govt./ different organizations can fund to train these unused talents.
